Following the success of the VIPF 2026 Forum, on the morning of September 30, 2026, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) collaborated with the Finance - Investment Newspaper to organize a field survey and investment promotion program at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park.
The event was honored to welcome Mr. Le Thanh Kiet – Deputy Head of the Management Board of Tay Ninh Provincial Economic Zone; Mr. Do Huy Hiep – Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC IZ; Mr. Nguyen Van Hong – Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Finance and Investment Newspaper; representatives from local departments and agencies, along with more than 80 delegates representing financial institutions, business associations, and domestic and foreign investors.
Expanding industrial space to meet investment needs.
At the program, representatives from the Tay Ninh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board provided information on the industrial development orientation until 2030, with approximately 100 industrial parks covering a total area of about 31,000 hectares. The province will continue to improve service quality, support investors in accessing information, surveying locations, and resolving obstacles during project implementation.
Meanwhile, TTC IZ introduced its expansion plan for the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park. According to Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Trang, Deputy General Director of TTC IZ, Phase 1, covering over 1,000 hectares, is 100% occupied; Phase 2, with a scale of 479 hectares, is being prepared to meet the expansion needs of existing businesses and accommodate new projects.
Survey infrastructure, understand the service ecosystem.
Within the framework of the program, TTC IZ also introduced its development orientation for industrial parks based on an ecological and smart model, linking infrastructure with environmental solutions, digitizing operations and business support services, and discussing logistics connectivity options such as the Ho Chi Minh City - Trang Bang railway line and the conversion of inland waterway ports into inland container depots (ICDs) on the Vam Co Dong River.
Besides infrastructure, businesses also provide support services during project implementation and operation, such as legal services, contractor connections, renewable energy, taxes, customs, and finance/banking.
Through the on-site survey and discussions at the program, investors gained more information about land availability, infrastructure, and operating conditions at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, while also expanding opportunities to connect with TTC IZ and partners in the ecosystem. This was also an opportunity for TTC IZ to continue listening to market needs, improving infrastructure and service solutions, and aiming to better meet the requirements of investors during project implementation in Tay Ninh.
