First and foremost, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company – TTC IZ, I would like to extend my best wishes for good health and my most sincere greetings to all investors, customers, and employees.

Eighteen years have passed since its formation and development on September 10, 2008. TTC IZ has overcome a long journey filled with difficulties and challenges, from its early days of establishment to its later stages of development. TTC IZ has always strived to deliver operational efficiency and value to investors and customers. The upcoming year 2020 is predicted to see continued slow growth in the Vietnamese economy due to the impact of the trade war. Furthermore, the Fourth Industrial Revolution will continue to have a strong impact, constantly creating significant changes in many production and business sectors, greatly affecting the survival and development of individual businesses in the economy. As the Vietnamese economy integrates deeply with the region and the world, it will face many challenges but also open up many opportunities. In this context, TTC IZ is constantly developing and innovating its strategic plans for each year and each period, with the vision of becoming a leading company attracting investment in the industrial real estate sector in Tay Ninh in particular and the Southeast region in general.

With the spirit of contribution, dedication, and positive work attitude of all the leadership and employees, we can be proud of our genuine formation and development, clearly demonstrated through our business philosophy and culture. However, we must also recognize the heavier responsibility in maintaining and further developing a company under a leading group, with a significant impact on the business community, society, and the national economy. For TTC IZ to continue developing sustainably, the goal of 'Business is a mission, not a privilege' must first be ingrained in the thinking, management perspective, and work philosophy of TTC IZ personnel. Dedicated service, contribution, and dedication must be reflected in every action and behavior of our staff, especially the leadership team of TTC IZ. With the significant resources that TTC IZ has accumulated, along with the right direction and distinctive strategy, I hope that the entire leadership team and staff will strive and be determined to successfully implement the plan, leading TTC IZ to continue developing and reaching new heights, bringing the best values ​​to society and the community.
