On May 31st, as part of a series of special activities at Tan Van Island, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, the launch ceremony for the Kim Quy Island brand took place. This project is developed by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land, ticker SCR).

In conjunction with the brand launch event, the investor of the Kim Quy Island project officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TTC International Education Joint Stock Company (TTC Education) to implement Yersin Primary School on Kim Quy Island, laying the foundation for the presence of an educational ecosystem within the urban area.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Dang Van Thanh – Chairman of TTC Group – expressed his deep gratitude to the local authorities for always accompanying and creating favorable conditions for TTC to implement the Kim Quy Island project in line with sustainable development orientation.
He emphasized: “Kim Quy Island possesses a strategic location, just over 20km from Ho Chi Minh City, situated at a key trade gateway, adjacent to the Metro line and major transportation arteries such as Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3. This area has a rapid and synchronized infrastructure development rate, directly connecting the economic triangle of Ho Chi Minh City – Dong Nai – Binh Duong.”

The race symbolizes TTC Land's philosophy: Urban development is not just about concrete and design, but about living energy, connection, and community.
Nearly 1,000 athletes from all over gathered here not only to conquer the most beautiful routes of the project, but also to be the first visitors to discover the beauty of a 'green gem' – a place that will form a dream living space in the near future.
