Standardized water treatment system: TTC IZ has invested in a treatment system that meets national technical standards for industrial wastewater – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT and textile dyeing industrial wastewater – QCVN 13-MT:2015/BTNMT, ensuring 100% of water is treated before being discharged into the environment, contributing to the protection of the natural ecosystem.
Extensive green spaces: The density of trees and water features is rationally distributed, helping to regulate the climate, minimize the greenhouse effect, and create a green and clean working environment for employees.
Greenery is abundant throughout the roads in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park.
Convenient transportation connections: The internal transportation system is scientifically planned, directly linking to major arterial roads and inland ports, optimizing the logistics chain.

The project is meticulously planned with modern infrastructure, emphasizing green spaces and public amenities, contributing to the creation of a civilized and environmentally friendly community.
