On July 22nd, in response to the Da Huoai Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) introduced the planning and development orientation of the Da Oai Industrial Cluster project, a key project expected to create an economic boost for the area.

According to the plan, the Da Oai Industrial Cluster has a total area of ​​40.79 hectares, located on National Highway 20. This location plays a crucial role as a gateway directly connecting the Southern Key Economic Region with the Central Highlands provinces, creating an important link in the supply chain of goods, especially the region's key agricultural and forestry products.

The project focuses on attracting processing industries, consumer goods manufacturing, and supporting industries, contributing to increasing the added value of local agricultural products and optimizing logistics costs for investing businesses.

Building upon the success of the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Tan Kim Expanded Industrial Park, and Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, TTC IZ is developing the entire technical infrastructure for the Da Oai Industrial Cluster in a synchronized and systematic manner. Key investment items include an internal transportation system, a standardized centralized wastewater treatment plant, a stable electricity and water supply system, and other supporting facilities, ensuring an efficient and sustainable production environment.

As a pioneering industrial cluster planned in Da Huoai district, the project is expected to be a significant driving force in shifting the economic structure, creating many quality job opportunities for local workers, contributing to the state budget, and promoting the supporting service ecosystem in Da Huoai commune and surrounding areas.
