On July 8-9, 2025, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) successfully organized an event. Occupational Safety and Health Training and First Aid Skills Training For all staff and employees at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park.

The program is professionally coordinated with Southern Safety Training Co., Ltd., a reputable organization with a team of instructors with extensive practical experience. The program content, designed with in-depth theoretical knowledge combined with practical exercises, is divided into two main parts:

• First Aid Training: It provides essential skills to handle emergencies such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), fracture immobilization, bleeding control, burn treatment, and common injuries, helping to protect your own life and the lives of colleagues before professional medical intervention.
• Occupational safety and health training: Equipping individuals with knowledge on identifying, assessing, and controlling hazardous and harmful factors in the workplace; measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; and procedures for the safe use of personal protective equipment.

With a serious learning attitude, 100% of participating employees successfully completed the training course and were awarded certificates in accordance with regulations. At the end of the program, each TTC IZ member was equipped with essential first aid skills, enhanced self-protection awareness, and developed a safer, more professional, and responsible work attitude.

This annual event is clear evidence of TTC IZ's 'people-centered' strategy and commitment to creating a safe and professional working environment. By proactively equipping its team with skills and raising awareness, TTC IZ has minimized risks and optimized operational efficiency while building a solid foundation for its sustainable development.
