June 19, 2025 – With the goal of continuously improving professional capabilities and updating on advanced development trends, the Board of Directors and all employees of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) participated in the training program “Overview of Eco-Industrial Parks (EIPs)”. The training program, led by experienced experts from KPMG Vietnam, took place in a vibrant and effective learning atmosphere and was considered an important foundation for TTC IZ to build a core framework for its sustainable development strategy, aiming to optimize resource utilization and contribute to realizing Vietnam's Net Zero 2050 commitment.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Trang, Deputy General Director of TTC IZ, emphasized: “The transition to the Eco-Industrial Park model is an inevitable trend. This training session not only helps the TTC IZ team better understand the standards and multifaceted benefits – from economic, environmental to social – but also serves as a foundation for us to build new-generation industrial parks that meet investors' expectations and make a practical contribution to the sustainable development of the nation.”

The training program provided a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the cleaner industrial park model. Experts from KPMG Vietnam shared foundational knowledge, international standards (UNIDO, GIZ, WB), the legal framework in Vietnam, and practical lessons learned from successfully implemented industrial parks domestically and internationally. The content focused on the core components of a cleaner industrial park, including effective industrial park management, application of cleaner production solutions, promoting industrial symbiosis, optimizing resource and energy use, and the importance of integrating environmental and social factors into the overall development strategy of the industrial park.

Through lively group discussions and practical examples, all TTC IZ employees had the opportunity to access the most up-to-date information, thereby enhancing their awareness and deep understanding of the benefits and challenges in the transition to a sustainable industrial park model. The full participation and positive learning spirit of the team affirmed the unity and determination of the TTC IZ collective in acquiring new knowledge, preparing for strategic steps and significant changes in the future, towards the goal of sustainable development.
