On September 19-20, 2024, the workshop 'Orientation of the 2025 Operational Plan and Strategic Vision 2026-2030 of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company' took place at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park with the participation of the Company's Leadership Board, functional units and departments, under the chairmanship of representatives from the TTC Group Leadership Board.

Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is in the final stages of its 2021-2025 strategy. Aiming for a more solid foundation for its 2026-2030 goals, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is organizing this workshop to prepare for a new development cycle in industrial real estate, based on the recovering economic context.

The program provided an overview of the macroeconomic and legal situation related to industrial parks both domestically and internationally. Simultaneously, internal analyses of the company's business, infrastructure, project legal aspects, and finances were assessed and analyzed from the perspective of opportunities and challenges in the 2026-2030 period to develop appropriate strategies. The program concluded with a 5km run to create a relaxed atmosphere and boost morale for achieving strategic goals.

Through this program, the leadership team has a basis for shaping the strategic framework for 2026-2030.
