With the motto 'People are our most valuable asset,' Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) always prioritizes the health and well-being of its staff.
On April 9, 2025, TTC IZ organized its annual health check-up program for all employees. This activity demonstrates the deep concern and responsibility of the Management Board towards its core workforce – those who contribute to creating value and sustainable development for the business. The TTC IZ Management Board considers employee health care a key priority in its welfare policy. Regular health check-ups not only comply with legal regulations on employee health care but also demonstrate a commitment to building a safe and healthy working environment, creating conditions for employees to work with peace of mind and long-term commitment.

TTC IZ collaborated with DHA Medical Services Trading Joint Stock Company – a reputable and highly specialized medical unit – to implement a scientifically designed health check-up package, including many necessary general and paraclinical examinations such as: general internal medicine examination, blood and urine tests, ultrasound, X-ray, etc., suitable for the specific work and age of employees. The company also arranged a reasonable schedule and specifically notified each department to ensure that all employees participated fully without affecting professional activities. The examination process was quick, professional, and in an open and friendly atmosphere.
This meaningful activity has received a positive response from all employees. Everyone feels cared for and their health is being practically looked after, thus increasing their trust and commitment to the company.
