In this era of rapid technological development, especially with the explosion of artificial intelligence (AI), every professional field can leverage these tools to improve work efficiency, optimize time, and increase professionalism. At TTC IZ, updating and enhancing technological application skills is not only applied to specialized positions but is also extended to all employees in every department, aiming to build a smart, synchronized, and pioneering work environment in the operation of an eco-smart industrial park.

Understanding this importance and to ensure all employees are aware of and have access to this useful technology, on November 26, 2025, TTC IZ organized a training program on the topic 'AI – Intelligent Assistant for More Efficient and Professional Work' for the drivers and security guards working at TTC IZ. These are crucial departments contributing to the operation and safety of the industrial park.

The program, led by Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh – Deputy Director of the Information Technology Division of TTC Group, focused on highlighting the practical benefits of AI applications, current trends, and popular AI tools. Beyond sharing knowledge, the program included hands-on AI application exercises during the training session, allowing employees to directly access and apply AI to their work.

At the end of the training session, the participating staff members had a better understanding of how to apply AI in many tasks that seemed unrelated to technology, such as: assisting with quick information retrieval; traffic lookup; drafting and reporting work; or suggesting solutions to handle situations…

The training session at TTC IZ clearly demonstrates that technology is not only for highly specialized positions, but is being disseminated to the entire workforce to improve operational quality and contribute to creating a digitally competent, professional workforce ready to adapt to modern industrial trends.
