At the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum (VIPF) 2026, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) was honored to receive the 'Leading Green Industrial Real Estate Developer of 2026' award. This is the third consecutive year that TTC IZ has been recognized in this category. The award is a testament to the transition from a traditional industrial park model to a new generation industrial park that TTC IZ is currently undertaking.
Speaking at the Strategic Dialogue session within the forum, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of TTC IZ – noted that the needs of investors have clearly changed. Instead of focusing solely on land availability or rental costs, businesses are increasingly prioritizing the synchronization of infrastructure, the ability to supply renewable energy, logistics services, and green criteria.
According to Mr. Chuong, investing in specialized infrastructure is a 'guarantee' of safety, helping investors to operate with peace of mind and creating conditions for goods to meet the stringent requirements of the international market.
