On the afternoon of February 6, 2026, the headquarters of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) solemnly held a conference to summarize the 5-year period from 2021 to 2025 and announce the strategy for the period from 2026 to 2030.

The conference is an important opportunity for TTC IZ to look back on the past five years, comprehensively assess operational results, acknowledge the efforts and contributions of the entire team, and set strategic directions and resolve actions for the new development phase.

Attending the conference were Mr. Dang Van Thanh – Chairman of TTC Group, along with the General Corporation's leadership, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Management Board, and TTC IZ employees participating both in person and online.

At the Conference, key topics were presented, including: a report summarizing activities in 2025 and evaluating the results of the 5-year period 2021-2025; a report summarizing internal audit activities from 2021-2025 and orientations for the period 2026-2030; and a thematic presentation on 'Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Digital Transformation of Enterprises,' demonstrating TTC IZ's innovative thinking and ability to keep pace with technological trends. In addition, the Conference also implemented the 2026 activity plan and announced the development strategy for the period 2026-2030.

The reports highlighted the outstanding achievements over the past five years, while also frankly acknowledging shortcomings, thereby laying the foundation for strategic planning in the next phase. In particular, the five-year activity summary report (2021-2025), presented by AI (Artificial Intelligence), showed that TTC IZ consistently prioritizes innovation and promotes the application of digital transformation in its management and operations.

At the conference, Mr. Do Huy Hiep – Permanent Vice Chairman – also affirmed that the results of the 2021-2025 period are proof of the leadership capabilities and collaborative spirit of the entire system in the face of many challenges. Entering the 2026-2030 strategy, the Corporation focuses on controlled growth, sustainable development, and financial transparency. The Board of Directors is committed to working alongside the Executive Board to lead the Corporation into a new, more stable and effective phase of development.

Entering a new phase, TTC IZ identifies 2026 as the first year of its 'era of growth,' continuing its steadfast path of sustainable development and enhancing its competitiveness. The conference concluded in a solemn atmosphere, reflecting the unity and high determination of the entire team.
