Tay Ninh, May 29, 2025 – At its annual Customer Appreciation Event 2025, themed “Creating Value – Prospering Together” – a significant occasion to express gratitude to partners and affirm its position, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) emphasized its strategic vision and commitment to creating a sustainable future in the industrial real estate sector, while acknowledging and appreciating the companionship of its partners, customers, and investors.

The highlight of the event continued with a presentation by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of TTC IZ. He shared details about TTC IZ's development orientation for the Industrial Real Estate sector, especially its development plan for the 2026-2030 period. With a strategic plan to expand its industrial land bank to a total area of ​​2,700 hectares, enhance the quality of technical infrastructure, promote digital transformation in management and operation, and integrate a supporting service ecosystem, TTC IZ expects to become the top choice for FDI enterprises and multinational manufacturing corporations seeking a safe, efficient, and transparent investment destination in Vietnam. Beyond the long-term vision, investors also have early access to information about new projects about to be launched, including well-planned industrial zones/clusters in Tay Ninh and Long An provinces, which possess advantageous locations, inter-regional transportation connections, and benefit from special preferential policies.

To further clarify the synergistic power within the Group's ecosystem, the program dedicated time to introducing other business sectors. Mr. Bui Van Hieu – Director of TTC Travel and Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung – Deputy Director of the TTC Land Business Unit, respectively, presented the development orientation of the Tourism and Residential Real Estate sectors, demonstrating the mutual support between these key industries. This synergy enables TTC IZ not only to provide industrial land but also to become a comprehensive 'development platform' for strategic partners – where each investment project can maximize the advantages of infrastructure, services, and value chain linkages.

One of the most anticipated parts was the presentation by Mr. Dang Van Thanh – Chairman of TTC Group. With his insightful perspectives and extensive experience, the Chairman provided valuable analyses on the economic context, investment trends, and vision for sustainable development.

Following the Chairman's presentation, the Q&A session was lively, with the participation of Chairman Dang Van Thanh and the TTC IZ leadership team. Many practical questions from investors and partners were answered, focusing on topics such as industrial park investment trends geared towards 'green' growth, and TTC IZ's transformation strategy in the context of deep integration and increasingly fierce competition. The spirit of 'development linked with responsibility – investment linked with sustainability' was evident throughout the messages, clearly demonstrating the company's vision for investors, the local community, and the social environment.

In particular, this year's event marks a significant step forward in TTC IZ's strategy of connecting and expanding international cooperation. Through side activities and networking programs, many preliminary cooperation agreements have been formed, laying the foundation for major investment deals in the future.
