At TTC IZ, people are always considered our most important asset, therefore training is regularly maintained to raise awareness and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety during work.

Because of this concern, on the morning of December 11, 2025, TTC IZ organized a Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) training program at the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Team House. The training focused on instructing on practical incident handling skills for both on-site and specialized fire prevention and fighting forces, from equipment operation and rescue procedures to evacuation techniques and coordination in emergency situations. This is an important activity to ensure that on-site forces are always ready, proactive, and professional when needed to respond to fire and explosion risks.

Following the morning's activities, in the afternoon of the same day, TTC IZ continued to implement the Information Security training program for employees of the Company and its member units at the Company's office. In the context of increasing cybersecurity risks, the training course helped employees update their knowledge to protect personal data and company information. The training content revolved around analyzing common attack methods such as fake e-commerce websites, identity verification applications, and messages containing malicious links… while also guiding how to identify, handle, and prevent suspected information theft situations.

At the end of the training session, 100% of the staff passed the online assessment test and met the requirements according to the established criteria.

Through regularly organized training programs, TTC IZ affirms its commitment to building a safe, professional, and sustainable working environment. Each employee is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to protect themselves, their colleagues, and the entire industrial park community, contributing to improved management efficiency and development of TTC IZ.
