On December 26, 2025, TTC IZ solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project, Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area (TTC residential area), in An Quoi Quarter, Trang Bang Ward, Tay Ninh Province. The project is one of the important components in the strategy to develop a comprehensive urban-industrial ecosystem, aiming for sustainable housing for workers and local residents.

Attending the event were current and former leaders of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee; Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of TTC Group; leaders of local departments and agencies; the leadership of TTC IZ and its member companies; representatives of the construction unit; and a large number of partners and customers operating in the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park.

Speaking on behalf of the investor, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of TTC IZ, said that the social housing area is being built on the planned land area. 2.5 hectares, Total construction floor area: 80,000 m²² within the overall TTC residential area. This includes: Four 15-story buildings with a total of 1,130 apartments., expected to meet housing needs for over 3,500 workersThe facilities are planned in a coordinated manner, aiming for a comfortable environment that is accessible to workers.
