On December 4, 2025, TTC IZ held the groundbreaking ceremony for the prefabricated factory project at Lot B9.1 after receiving approval from the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province and the Economic Zone Management Board under Decision No. 231/QD-BQLKKT.

This project marks a new step forward in expanding the scale of ready-built factory space, diversifying industrial products for lease, and further enhancing the investment attraction capacity of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park – one of the industrial parks with a high occupancy rate in Tay Ninh.

Spanning nearly 14,000 m², the project is designed for optimal functionality, with production areas occupying 51.96% and transportation infrastructure 21.62%, ensuring smooth logistics operations. A strategic highlight of the project is its green space density of 26.42% – far exceeding the current minimum requirement of 20%. Prioritizing green areas is concrete evidence of TTC IZ's commitment to sustainable development (ESG). This not only creates an ideal working environment but also helps tenant businesses easily obtain international green certifications, creating a competitive advantage when exporting to European and American markets.

Upon completion, the ready-built factory project on DB1 road within this area will increase the supply of high-quality premises for businesses; ready for businesses to rent and start production immediately; contributing to the promotion of industrial development in the area.
