In the first six months of 2025, TTC IZ continued to receive a credit rating of “vnA” with a “Stable” outlook from Saigon Ratings – marking the third consecutive year maintaining this high rating. This result reflects TTC IZ's strong financial capacity, sustainable development strategy, and effective risk management.
According to Saigon Ratings, TTC IZ possesses a low-risk business profile, thanks to its focus on completing existing projects, expanding its land bank, and maintaining stable revenue growth. In addition, the company's financial profile remains stable, with no significant changes in financial leverage and an estimated negligible fluctuation in the net debt/equity ratio. Liquidity remains strong, indicating efficient business operations and stable cash flow across the rating periods.
Saigon Ratings' 'Stable' outlook is based on the following factors: (1) Accelerated progress in the implementation of the Da Oai Industrial Cluster (Lam Dong) and Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area; (2) Expected cash flow from these projects in 2026 is higher than the forecast at the time of annual monitoring, contributing to strengthening the ability to maintain revenue growth in the short and medium term.

The ranking results are a testament to TTC IZ's continuous efforts in building a secure financial foundation and a sustainable development model, aiming to become a leading eco-smart industrial park in the region. This also helps to strengthen the confidence of businesses and investors in partnering with TTC IZ in industrial, urban, and service development activities.
TTC IZ is committed to continuously improving governance efficiency, optimizing operations, and enhancing performance indicators that are still lacking, creating a stable, safe, and transparent investment environment, thereby supporting businesses to confidently develop long-term in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park and the Company's projects.
