On the morning of April 24, 2025, at the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (Trang Bang town), the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to organize the launching ceremony for the Workers' Month and the response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025.
With the theme 'Vietnamese Workers Pioneering the New Era,' this year's Workers' Month continues to spread the message affirming the central role of workers in the socio-economic development process. Simultaneously, the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health is being implemented with the theme: 'Strengthening the assessment and identification of risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace.'
Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) is honored to partner with the local authorities in the preparation work, with the desire to contribute to the success of the program and spread the spirit of caring for workers. TTC IZ has actively supported the organization work such as: providing electricity and water; coordinating to ensure security and environmental hygiene; assisting with stage installation and logistical items, etc.
Over the past 13 years, Workers' Month has become a nationwide celebration for workers, with many practical programs such as: honoring outstanding workers, caring for their lives, rewarding production initiatives, and improving working conditions and the working environment. The Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health, after 5 years of implementation, has contributed to raising awareness of occupational safety laws, reducing occupational accidents, and enhancing healthcare for workers.
As part of the launching ceremony, the Provincial Labor Union presented over 200 meaningful gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. In addition, games related to occupational safety knowledge were also organized. The launching ceremony was a great success, taking place in an enthusiastic and lively atmosphere.
