On October 16th, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) had the honor of welcoming the China International Trade Promotion Committee – Textile and Garment Industry, comprising leading associations and enterprises in the textile and garment sector.

The meeting took place at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park in a formal, friendly, and open atmosphere, with the esteemed presence of the Secretary-General of the China International Trade Promotion Committee – Textile and Garment Branch, Vice President of the China Wool Textile Industry Association, Vice President of the China Knitwear Industry Association, and Deputy Secretary-General of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association; Mr. Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of TTC Group, along with the leadership of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation.

This is an opportunity for TTC IZ to showcase its potential, competitive advantages, and development direction, while also opening up opportunities to strengthen connections and investment cooperation between the two sides in the textile and garment industry in Vietnam.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Liu Li Hua, Secretary-General of the China International Trade Promotion Committee for the Textile and Garment Industry, expressed her admiration for the scale of development, sustainable orientation, and comprehensive infrastructure of TTC IZ. She also hoped that this visit would yield many useful insights and open up potential for cooperation between the two sides in promoting green textile and garment production and development in Vietnam.

Representatives of the working group expressed their views during a field visit to Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh.

The discussion was lively as representatives from both sides exchanged views on investment needs, technical requirements, environmental standards, and shared experiences in developing specialized industrial parks serving the textile and garment manufacturing industry.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of TTC IZ – emphasized that the visit and working session of the Chinese textile and garment business delegation took place at a particularly significant time, when the global textile and garment industry is undergoing a strong transformation towards green and sustainable development. He stated that with nearly 20 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector, TTC IZ has always aimed to build and operate eco-friendly and smart industrial parks, applying green technology and renewable energy, to meet the stringent standards of the modern textile and garment industry.

The highlight of the meeting was the speech by Mr. Dang Van Thanh – Chairman of TTC Group. Expressing a desire to establish a strategic and sustainable cooperative relationship between TTC IZ and its Chinese textile partners.
