On April 9, 2024, in Tay Ninh province, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ, a member of TTC Group) held a handover ceremony for the resettlement area within the Thanh Thanh Cong Residential and Resettlement Project.

The Thanh Thanh Cong residential and resettlement area, located in An Hoa ward, Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province, is a project within the 1,020-hectare master plan of the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, for which the detailed construction plan (scale 1/500) was approved by the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2914/QD-UBND dated December 17, 2008. The Thanh Thanh Cong residential and resettlement area covers 75.44 hectares and borders the Trang Bang urban area, with social infrastructure amenities such as a local market, commercial center, medical center, and educational facilities.

Accordingly, TTC IZ will hand over the entire 33.06-hectare resettlement area, comprising 1,425 plots with completed infrastructure (including roads, water supply and drainage systems, electricity, etc.), to representatives of the People's Committee of Trang Bang town, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Trang Bang town, the Land Fund Development Center of Trang Bang town, and the People's Committee of An Hoa ward for management and exploitation in accordance with the policy of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province.

The remaining 42.38 hectares of TTC IZ will undergo legal procedures to develop the Thanh Thanh Cong residential area in the near future.

According to Mr. Do Huy Hiep – Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC IZ, as one of the enterprises operating in the industrial real estate sector in the Southern market, with a long-term vision, TTC IZ is aware that the sustainable development of the enterprise always goes hand in hand with contributing to the community.

'Completing infrastructure and handing over resettlement land to provide new housing for individuals and households to quickly stabilize their lives, as well as building convenient residential areas for experts, workers, and laborers working in the industrial park, is one of TTC IZ's top priorities,' he affirmed.
