Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IR) affirmed its prestige and position in the Vietnamese real estate market when it was named at the 2023-2024 Leading Real Estate Brand Awards ceremony in the category of 'Top 10 Most Promising Industrial Park Real Estate Projects in 2024' with the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park project in An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province.

The awards ceremony was held within the framework of the 4th Annual Spring Real Estate Forum, which took place on the morning of March 15, 2024 in Hanoi, organized by the Vietnam Real Estate e-magazine (Reatimes) and the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Research (VIRES). The results were voted on by 1,000,000 readers on the Reatimes.vn e-magazine system and a direct, independent, and objective selection committee comprising leading journalists, economic, legal, planning, architecture, construction, and real estate experts in Vietnam.
