Every long journey requires a period of rest and recharging. Over the past period, the TTC IR team has worked together diligently, contributing and maximizing the potential of each individual. Therefore, the TTC IR leadership wishes to organize a friendly gathering where employees can meet, socialize, and recharge for the journey of conquering new goals and achieving new successes in 2024.
The TTC IR Teambuilding 2023 event was a great success, with the participation of the entire TTC IR leadership team and nearly 400 employees who wholeheartedly participated in team activities, creating moments of fun and excitement. Furthermore, the slogan 'Expanding Connections – Striving for Success' was the core objective that TTC IR wanted to convey throughout the trip, aiming to build solidarity, inspire dynamism and creativity in each individual, and especially to create a beneficial and meaningful playground for all members.
The journey of connection revolves around two main activities: Team Building – Outdoor group activities including engaging and fun team games filled with laughter. By overcoming challenges in team building activities, members not only surpass themselves but also demonstrate excellent coordination, working together to overcome difficulties, complete tasks, and achieve set goals.
Gala Dinner – An intimate celebration marking the 15th anniversary of TTC IR's formation and development, where every individual at TTC IR has contributed to the company's success in establishing a reputable and strong brand.
