On July 30th, representatives from TTC IR had the honor of participating in the 4th Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum (VIPF) – 2024, organized by Investment Newspaper, under the patronage of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and in coordination with the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association.

At the event, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation was honored to receive the award for 'Industrial Real Estate Developer with Green Transformation Strategy 2024'. This award recognizes investors with strategies for developing eco-industrial parks, green industrial parks, using clean energy, sustainable infrastructure, smart water management, and ecosystem resource management, contributing to promoting sustainable development trends.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, represented the company in receiving the award.
