TTC IR owns a system of 15 warehouses with a total area of ​​690,000 m2 in provinces and cities within the Southern Key Economic Region such as Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, conveniently connected to Cat Lai Port, Long An International Port, and Tan Son Nhat Airport. The warehouse system operates on a closed-loop scale, providing optimal goods storage solutions for businesses with services such as warehouse and factory rental on a contract basis; warehouse rental with goods management and handling; etc. Notably, TTC IR provides warehouse rental and goods management services for pledged/mortgaged goods to partners such as Techcombank, ACB, VietinBank, TPBank, etc. At the end of 2023, TTC IR acquired a high-end warehouse system in Tra Noc Industrial Park (Can Tho), a warehouse system in Hai Phong, and put a portion of the port warehouse project into operation, contributing to diversifying products and services and increasing stable revenue.
