On January 18, 2024, the first General Assembly of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) for the 2024-2029 term was successfully held in Ho Chi Minh City. The Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), under the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), a professional social organization of businesses investing in industrial park and cluster infrastructure, brought together over 300 guests, including representatives from ministries, central and local government agencies, experts, and members representing economic zones, industrial parks, and export processing zones nationwide.
VIREA's role and mission is to act as a bridge between the State and its member businesses, updating and providing information on policies and laws related to the operation of export processing zones, industrial parks, economic zones, high-tech zones, and industrial clusters to its member businesses. In particular, it serves as a platform to connect intellectual resources, foster collective strength, and promote the elite of the industry. Together, they research and propose solutions and actions to achieve effective development of industrial park and cluster infrastructure, logistics; support businesses investing in production and business activities; and financial institutions providing support related to industrial real estate… thereby contributing to making the real estate sector a sustainable economic sector with significant contributions to society and the country.
Recognizing that VIREA's expectations align with TTC IR's sustainable development orientation, aiming to deliver benefits to investors and make a positive contribution to the sustainable development of the industrial real estate sector in particular and Vietnam in general, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong – General Director of TTC IR – was elected as a member of the VIREA Standing Committee at the General Meeting. This committee will connect members operating in the industrial real estate sector and related activities with central and local authorities to address investment, business, and investment promotion issues both domestically and internationally.
At this event, TTC IR had the opportunity to network with industry representatives and provide an overview of the reputable products and services of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation: Industrial land leasing, leasing of ready-built warehouses and factories with full industrial park infrastructure services; Inland waterway port services; and comprehensive service solutions including warehouse leasing with consignment/pledging/mortgage management services.
