On July 18, 2022, the top 10 contestants entered the final round of the 'CEO Portrait' 2022 competition, with Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation having 3 participants. Contestants had to present their startup projects and answer questions and receive feedback from the judging panel, consisting of senior leaders from 5 sectors: Agriculture, Energy, Tourism, Real Estate, and Industrial Real Estate, aiming to identify the qualities of a truly potential CEO. In addition, the contestants had the honor of receiving direct feedback from the Chairman of TTC Group, a valuable opportunity to gain experience and knowledge to apply to their work. This demonstrates that the competition fulfilled its stated goal: creating a platform for interaction, learning, and developing the thinking skills of TTC employees. Seeking talent and potential personnel for management and leadership positions at TTC; improving the quality of human resource management and development within the organization; and guiding the development of outstanding individuals with the necessary qualities and capabilities to become managers and leaders at TTC.
