On August 28, 2022, the opening ceremony of the Golden City Tay Ninh Cross-Country Race 2022 took place at the Tay Ninh Provincial Sports Arena, with the aim of continuing the campaign 'All citizens practice physical training following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh'.
The competition was attended by over 1,200 male and female athletes, including civil servants, public employees, workers, farmers, laborers, students, members of the armed forces, and staff working in departments, agencies, organizations, factories, enterprises, companies, and schools in Tay Ninh province.
Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation participated with 50 male and female athletes. In the 3km race for women, athlete Duong Thi Thanh (Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation) won a consolation prize, finishing in 5th place. In the 5km race for men, the athletes made great efforts to complete the distance. Additionally, the award for the oldest female athlete to finish the race within the time limit went to athlete Tran Thi Cam My (Tay Ninh Sugar Company).
Although they didn't win any top prizes at this competition, the athletes from Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation successfully achieved the goal and spirit of the event, which was 'training the body following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh.' This serves as motivation for the athletes to strive for even greater achievements in future competitions.
