In response to the 'National Fire Prevention and Fighting Day on October 4th,' and to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees in firefighting and rescue operations at the company, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Province and the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Firefighting Team, organized a fire prevention and rescue drill at the Corporation's headquarters on October 2nd, 2024. The program was attended by Senior Lieutenant Le Ninh Hoa and Lieutenant Ly Gia Huy – officers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Province and the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Firefighting Team, along with more than 20 staff members participating in the drill.

During the awareness session, officers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department provided basic knowledge and regulations, as well as instructions on the use of fire prevention and rescue equipment. Regarding the drill, the simulated scenario involved a fire breaking out on the ground floor. The fire originated in an office, causing it to spread rapidly and produce a large amount of toxic smoke that covered most of the room. This fire situation presented significant challenges for firefighting, rescue operations, property relocation, and threatened to spread to other rooms.
Upon receiving the fire alarm, the on-site firefighting team deployed according to the specific tasks assigned to each member as follows: immediately sounding the alarm throughout the company, mobilizing forces to fight the fire, guiding people to safety through the building's emergency exits, and rescuing people and property.
Simultaneously, upon receiving the fire alarm from the on-site fire fighting force, the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Fire Fighting Team quickly mobilized more than 15 firefighters, 2 fire trucks, and 1 water tanker to the scene to carry out fire fighting and rescue operations.

At the conclusion of the drill, Lieutenant Le Ninh Hoa – Officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police – commented, “The company's fire fighting force coordinated in developing the fire fighting drill plan and implemented it according to the requirements, ensuring the safety of people and vehicles participating in the drill. The company will continue to organize fire fighting drills as prescribed. This is an annual activity to refresh fire prevention and rescue knowledge for employees and practice using flexible fire fighting equipment such as: portable fire extinguishers; using fire hoses correctly; operating fire pumps safely…”
