With the aim of maintaining and enhancing the knowledge of employees at the wastewater treatment plants in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park regarding firefighting and rescue operations, on the morning of February 22, 2023, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh province, organized a training and drill on fire prevention and rescue plans at the Textile Wastewater Treatment Plant in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park.

The hypothetical scenario involves a fire breaking out in the factory's control room, which contains electrical equipment. This causes the fire to spread rapidly, producing a large amount of toxic smoke that covers a significant portion of the room, trapping many people and creating significant difficulties for firefighting, rescue operations, and property evacuation.

Immediately upon receiving the order, the factory's firefighting force promptly alerted the entire plant, deployed according to their assigned tasks, implemented firefighting and rescue plans, saved people and property, and guided people to safety through the emergency exits.

Simultaneously, the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Firefighting Team quickly mobilized more than 10 firefighters and one fire truck to the scene to carry out firefighting and rescue operations.

At the conclusion of the drill, Lieutenant Le Minh Hoa – Officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police – commented, “The company's firefighting force participated in coordinating the development of the fire drill plan and implemented it according to the requirements, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment participating in the drill. The company needs to continue organizing fire drills as prescribed; this is an annual activity to train employees in fire prevention and rescue knowledge and practice using firefighting equipment flexibly, such as portable fire extinguishers; using fire hoses correctly; and operating fire pumps safely…”

Representatives from the Corporation's leadership congratulated the successful completion of the drill and expressed their hope that employees would continue to regularly practice fire prevention and rescue techniques to ensure a rapid response to any fire or explosion incidents should they occur.
