With the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees in firefighting and rescue operations at the company, on December 7, 2022, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Province and the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Firefighting Team, organized a fire prevention and rescue drill at the Corporation's headquarters.

Attending the drill were Lieutenant Nguyen Tri Tuan – Officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police, the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Firefighting Team, and more than 50 staff members. The simulated scenario involved a fire breaking out on the second floor. Because the fire originated in a meeting room, it spread rapidly, producing a large amount of toxic smoke that covered most of the room, creating significant difficulties for firefighting, rescue, and property evacuation, with the potential for the fire to spread to other rooms.

Upon receiving the fire alarm, the on-site firefighting team deployed according to their assigned tasks, immediately alerting the entire company and mobilizing forces to fight the fire, evacuate people, rescue property, and guide people to safety through the building's emergency exits.

Simultaneously, upon receiving the fire alarm from the on-site fire fighting force, the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Specialized Fire Fighting Team quickly mobilized more than 15 firefighters, 2 fire trucks, and 1 water tanker to the scene to carry out fire fighting and rescue operations.

At the conclusion of the drill, Lieutenant Nguyen Tri Tuan – Officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police – commented, “The company's firefighting force participated in coordinating the development of the fire drill plan and implemented it correctly according to the plan, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment participating in the drill. The company should continue to organize fire drills as prescribed; this is an annual activity to refresh fire prevention and rescue knowledge for employees and practice using firefighting equipment flexibly, such as portable fire extinguishers; using fire hoses correctly; and operating fire pumps safely…”

Representatives from the Corporation's leadership congratulated the successful completion of the drill and expressed their hope that employees would continue to regularly practice fire prevention and rescue techniques to ensure a rapid response to any fire or explosion incidents should they occur.
