According to the Provincial Party Secretary, Hau Giang's investment potential is enormous because the province is currently developing Chau Thanh district into an industrial and urban center, while also maximizing the advantages of having the Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway and the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang expressway passing through the province. Therefore, the selection of investors for industrial parks and clusters is based on several criteria such as the company's successful implementation of industrial park projects, its use of local labor, and its environmental friendliness.

Hau Giang currently has 2 industrial parks with an area of ​​approximately 492 hectares in Chau Thanh and Chau Thanh A districts, with an occupancy rate of over 90%, and 7 operating industrial clusters with an area of ​​486.55 hectares, with an occupancy rate of over 70.95%. The projected industrial land area for Hau Giang by 2030 is 2,233 hectares, the second largest in the Mekong Delta.

Recently, the Prime Minister approved the addition of Song Hau 2 and Dong Phu 2 industrial parks to the national industrial park development plan. During the period 2021-2030, Hau Giang province will establish seven new industrial parks with a total area of ​​1,741 hectares in Chau Thanh, Chau Thanh A, and Phung Hiep districts, all located near the intersections of upcoming expressways passing through the province. Recognizing this advantage, TTC IR has proactively and actively strengthened connections and explored investment cooperation opportunities in the locality.
