On September 21, 2023, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation participated in the 12th annual 'Joy from Compassion' voluntary blood donation program. The program, organized by TTC Group in collaboration with DHA Healthcare, the Tan Binh District Red Cross, and the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Humanitarian Blood Donation, demonstrates the corporation's responsibility for public health in general and its commitment to helping patients in need of blood.

Since 2017, the voluntary blood donation campaign 'Joy from Compassion' has donated nearly 1,900 units of blood, contributing to providing timely blood supplies for many patients. Through this program, TTC aims to spread a positive message, continuing the lives of those in need of blood with compassion and love. With the motto 'For the community, for local development,' the voluntary blood donation program is not only organized in Ho Chi Minh City but also continues at member units of the TTC Group nationwide – where TTC Group has subsidiaries.
