Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) has officially completed the purchase of 3 million SCR shares, increasing its ownership stake in Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company – TTC Land (HOSE: SCR). This move not only affirms its commitment to a long-term partnership but also demonstrates strong confidence in SCR's growth potential in the real estate sector.

Strengthening strategic partnerships
With the completion of the purchase of 3 million SCR shares, TTC IZ further strengthens its position as a key shareholder in TTC Land. This demonstrates TTC IZ's confidence in TTC Land's development strategy and business direction amidst a gradually recovering market. This move comes just before TTC Land's annual general meeting for the 2024 fiscal year, scheduled for April 2025. This is a crucial event where strategic decisions and directions are expected to be approved. TTC IZ's increased ownership stake can be seen as a positive signal, creating momentum for the sustainable growth of SCR shares in the future.
According to experts, there are great opportunities for industrial real estate businesses as the market still has significant growth potential. Compared to Thailand and Indonesia, the occupancy rate of Vietnamese industrial parks still has the potential to increase even further. Rental prices continue to rise by an average of 10-15% per year. This gives a significant advantage to businesses that own clean land and strategic locations, increasing their ability to attract investment and expand their business operations.
TTC IZ boasts nearly 20 years of experience in industrial park development, pioneering third-party 'credit rating' to ensure transparency in operations, proactively implementing 'Sustainable Development Reports' to commit to sustainable development, building customer trust, and demonstrating social responsibility. TTC IZ's strategy is oriented towards developing an eco-industrial park model. Therefore, TTC IZ not only acts as a shareholder but also contributes to creating synergistic value for TTC Land.
Deeper involvement in the business can help optimize capital, effectively utilize land resources, and accelerate the implementation of large-scale projects using modern models, meeting the needs of domestic and foreign investors. TTC IZ becoming a strategic shareholder will further support TTC Land in realizing the strategic direction mentioned at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2023.
