On November 26, 2022, a signing ceremony for a land lease agreement (MOU) was held at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park between Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Paldo Vina Co., Ltd. of South Korea, marking the first collaboration between the two parties.

Paldo Vina Co., Ltd. is a 100% South Korean-invested company specializing in the production and distribution of Korean noodles – manufactured on a modern, closed-loop production line – and Pororo noodles and beverages imported from South Korea. The company's products are widely distributed throughout Vietnam. Paldo Vina Co., Ltd. proudly boasts being the only company producing the Ramen noodle line – a famous brand in South Korea and Southeast Asia. The company has a factory in Phu Tho and two branches in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. With a dynamic work environment and professional style, Paldo Vina Co., Ltd. is continuously developing and, in the near future, aims to become a major branded noodle manufacturer in the Vietnamese market.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. To Thi My, Deputy General Director of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, representing the Board of Directors, pledged to provide maximum support within the scope of legal procedures and technical infrastructure to enable Paldo Vina Co., Ltd. to commence production and business operations in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park as soon as possible. The signing of the MOU demonstrates Paldo Vina Co., Ltd.'s trust in and choice of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park as the investment destination for its upcoming project.
