Accordingly, the Da Oai Industrial Cluster's main industries include the production and processing of agricultural, forestry, and food products; garment manufacturing; mechanical engineering, handicrafts, construction materials, and other industries and products suitable to local conditions and needs, without causing environmental pollution.

The industrial cluster's infrastructure is being developed by Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh). This company will be responsible for land leveling, internal road construction; domestic and industrial water supply systems, and fire fighting systems; wastewater collection and treatment systems, and rainwater drainage systems; green spaces, auxiliary facilities, and other works according to standards. The project's investment and construction schedule is 25 months from the date of the decision to establish the industrial cluster.

The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also instructed the investor to coordinate with the Da Huoai District People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies to actively implement the project, ensuring that the committed content and progress are met so that the project can be put into operation soon and attract investors.

Previously, in December 2024, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province merged three southern districts of the province, namely Da Huoai, Da Teh, and Cat Tien, to form the new Da Huoai district. After its establishment, Da Huoai district has an area of 1,448.48 km2 (the third largest in Lam Dong province) and a population of 146,064 people. The merger of the three southern districts into one district is a significant event, realizing the major policies of the Central Government and the province. This also presents a new opportunity for the locality to make breakthroughs, concentrate resources for socio-economic development, contribute to streamlining the administrative apparatus, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of local government operations in the new situation.
