The Thanh Thanh Cong Port and Warehouse Area is planned on a total area of 36 hectares. It is expected that in 2025, the TTC IZ will begin operations in its first phase with 25,384 m² of warehouse space, specializing in serving diverse cargo storage needs under the management and operation of TTC Dang Huynh Company. Notably, the project plans to develop a combined inland waterway port and inland container depot (ICD) model in the future.
The warehouse system is designed and constructed to high technical standards, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and safety. With a height of up to 12.7 m, a floor height of 0.3 m, and a floor load capacity of 6 tons/m², storage space is optimized, especially suitable for goods requiring high stacking. The loading and unloading doors, measuring 4 m x 5 m, are strategically placed, along with spacious internal access roads ranging from 6 to 12 m.
The Thanh Thanh Cong warehouse complex is also equipped with an advanced automatic fire extinguishing system, strictly adhering to regulations, along with a 24/7 security surveillance system. It features a stable 3-phase industrial power supply, an internal 110kV/22kV substation with a design capacity of 2×63 MVA, a clean water supply system (capacity of 20,000 m³/day), and a wastewater drainage and treatment system (capacity of 12,000 m³/day), ensuring continuous and sustainable operation. A modern telecommunications system is fully equipped, providing seamless connectivity for business operations.
The internal roads within the warehouse and port area are spacious, ranging from 6 to 12 meters wide, ensuring convenient traffic flow for large transport vehicles.
Strategically connected location
By road, the port and warehouse area is only about 3.6 km from National Highway 22, providing easy access to Ho Chi Minh City, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, and Moc Bai border gate. By waterway, located on the left bank of the Vam Co Dong River with a 600m long and 15m wide wharf, the port is capable of receiving vessels up to 1,000 DWT, barges up to 2,000 tons, and self-propelled container barges with a capacity of 84 TEU. From here, goods can be transported and directly connected to major seaports in the region such as Long An International Port, Hiep Phuoc Port, and Cat Lai Port.
