On February 19, 2025, at the 5th Spring Real Estate Forum, a leading prestigious event organized by the Vietnam Real Estate e-magazine (Reatimes) and the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Research (VIRES) under the direction of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) was honored to receive the title of “Top 10 Best Industrial Park Real Estate Developers of 2024”.
