On the morning of March 4, 2024, at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park – Tay Ninh province, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IR) – a subsidiary of TTC GroupTogether with Mr. Vo Duc Trong – Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and the departments and agencies of Tay Ninh province, they welcomed and worked with the delegation from the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led by Mr. Det Vi Nel, Deputy Minister and Deputy Secretary-General of the Steering Committee for the Adjustment of Public Finance Management.

This is one of the activities included in the program of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia during their visit, work, and survey of economic development projects in Tay Ninh province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Duc Trong – Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province – provided an overview of the six industrial parks in Tay Ninh province that are already in operation, with a total planned area of ​​3,493 hectares. He also mentioned plans to develop four new industrial parks and expand one existing one, bringing the total planned area to 4,744 hectares. Furthermore, he emphasized that this visit by the Kingdom of Cambodia presents a valuable opportunity for understanding and cooperation between the two countries, fostering significant development between Vietnam and Cambodia in general, and between Tay Ninh province and its border provinces in particular.

At the reception, Mr. Phan Minh Thanh – Representative of TTC Group – introduced the areas in which TTC Group operates. In particular, he presented to the delegation the services that Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IR) has been and is currently focusing on, such as providing comprehensive solutions to effectively meet all investor needs, including: industrial park land leasing, leasing of ready-built factory buildings, warehousing (storage and inventory management), legal support services, inland waterway port services, and turnkey logistics services to provide complete industrial park infrastructure services while minimizing operating costs for businesses. The core of TTC IR's development is the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, which is oriented towards becoming a smart, eco-friendly industrial park model, providing comprehensive solutions based on sustainable development, harmonizing production and business activities, and committing to protecting both the natural and social environment. It aims to maintain its position as a major green industrial park in the Southern Key Economic Region. Notably, TTC IR plans to invest in an industrial park in Svay Rieng Province, Kingdom of Cambodia, in the near future. This project promises to boost trade and strengthen relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, the Cambodian delegation representative, Mr. Det Vi Nel – Deputy Minister and Head of Delegation, also highly appreciated the cooperative relationship between the Vietnamese and Cambodian governments. He introduced the Cambodian public finance management adjustment program and extended an invitation to the leaders of Tay Ninh Province and TTC IR for a business meeting in Cambodia to share operational experiences.

This event is considered a milestone for exchanging, understanding, and sharing economic development projects in the border region between Vietnam and Cambodia. In particular, the visit to survey projects and factories in the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park provided the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia with information to adjust public financial management and effectively carry out economic functions at the local level, as well as strengthen cooperation in understanding projects along the border between the two countries.

Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, spanning 1,020 hectares in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh, is known to be one of the top 10 industrial parks in Vietnam with an occupancy rate exceeding 95% – better than the industry average. It is an ideal investment destination for over 100 domestic and foreign businesses, providing employment for more than 30,000 workers in Tay Ninh province and surrounding areas. Recently, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park was honored as one of the 'Top 10 Most Promising Industrial Park Real Estate Projects of 2024' by Reatimes, a Vietnamese real estate online magazine, in its 2024 Vietnam Real Estate Market Special Edition.
