On October 22, 2025, in Hanoi, businesswoman Huynh Bich Ngoc – Standing Vice Chairman and General Director of TTC Group – was honored with the 'Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose' award for 2025 by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The 'Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose' award aims to encourage and promote the Vietnamese businesswoman community in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 41 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new situation and Resolution 68 of the Politburo on the development of the private economy. It honors outstanding female business leaders from all economic sectors who have achieved success in business management, possess a strong will to succeed, demonstrate national pride, and have made significant contributions to social activities in the past. It also encourages and motivates Vietnamese businesswomen to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, promote the implementation of the Code of Business Ethics for Vietnamese Entrepreneurs, and build a business culture within the Vietnamese business community in general, and among female entrepreneurs and businesses led by women in particular.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha – Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Mr. Dau Anh Tuan – Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry presented the title “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose” 2025 to Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc – Standing Vice President and General Director of TTC Group.

As one of the two founders of TTC Group, she, along with businessman Dang Van Thanh, has transformed TTC from a humble household business into a multi-sector ecosystem. TTC operates in core areas including Agriculture, Energy, Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, Education, and Tourism, with a presence in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, and Australia, comprising over 120 subsidiaries.

After 46 years of formation and development, TTC has continuously strengthened its foundation, improved its management, control, and operational capabilities, affirmed its brand position, and simultaneously promoted the economy while bringing benefits to the community and society, with a green strategy for a sustainable future, focusing on people and social responsibility. Initiated by VCCI in 2005, the 'Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose' award is the only national award dedicated to honoring female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business, and who have made positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the country.
