On October 30th, a strategic cooperation agreement for the Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area project was signed at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) between three entities: Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) – the project investor; Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank (Vietcombank) – the financing institution; and Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) – the project developer.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Dang Van Thanh – Chairman of TTC Group, Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc – Standing Vice Chairman and General Director of TTC Group, along with senior leaders of Vietcombank, TTC Land and TTC IZ.

Strategic cooperation – Synergistic value

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement took place in a solemn atmosphere, marking an important step in the strategic partnership between the three parties. The combination of Vietcombank's strong financial resources, TTC Land's real estate development experience, and TTC IZ's reputation in industrial infrastructure development is expected to create strong synergistic value, contributing to the enhancement of Tay Ninh's industrial, logistics, and urban landscape, while also bringing tangible benefits to the community and investors.

This also marks the beginning of a comprehensive and long-term cooperation relationship between Vietcombank and TTC Group.

The Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area project, located in Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province, is envisioned as a modern ecological urban area, harmoniously integrating living, production, and the environment, contributing to enhancing the area's appearance and promoting local socio-economic growth.

Spanning over 42 hectares, the TTC Residential Area project is a comprehensively planned development comprising commercial townhouses, apartments, social housing, parks, schools, sports facilities, a shopping center, and a water park – aiming for a green, convenient, and community-oriented living environment. The project not only supplements the supply of quality housing in Tay Ninh but also effectively taps into the customer base from nearby industrial zones, offering the advantage of 'living close to work' and sustainable profit potential.

The signing ceremony took place in the context of Tay Ninh province accelerating the development of infrastructure, urban areas, and industry in accordance with Resolution 219/NQ-HĐND of 2025 and Government Notice 530/TB-VPCP on green economy, digital economy, and circular economy.
