On March 23, 2022, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), organized a seminar program with the theme ''Strengthening Environmental Management Capacity and Green Transformation at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park – Tay Ninh Province'

With the participation of representatives from agencies, organizations, and experts and speakers in the field of real estate in general and industrial real estate in particular, the workshop covered topics related to strengthening environmental management capacity and green transformation in industrial parks, aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of the objectives. Protecting the environment during production and business operations.Accordingly, the workshop addressed issues and solutions aimed at improving productivity in the use of water and energy resources, and strictly controlling the discharge of waste by businesses with the goal of minimizing waste and eliminating toxins in production activities. In addition, the application of scientific and technological advancements to extend product lifecycles, using environmentally friendly materials to create products of natural origin that can be reused after their lifecycle or disposed of without harming public health and the environment was also a solution discussed at the workshop.

Aiming for the sustainable development of businesses within the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park in particular and the Vietnamese industrial park model in general, the construction of a closed ecosystem geared towards a circular economy within the industrial park, linked to the goal of transformation and becoming the first eco-industrial park in Vietnam, is both a goal and a driving force for the development of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, towards the common goal of building eco-industrial parks in Vietnam.
