On March 18, 2023, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation, a member of the TTC Group and headquartered in Tay Ninh province, participated in the Conference summarizing the socio-economic development cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Southeast region in Binh Phuoc.

Attending the conference were leaders from Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and the provinces of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Long An. The conference summarized the socio-economic development cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Southeast region, aiming to create breakthroughs for the economy of each locality and open up new opportunities to attract projects from Ho Chi Minh City investors to the region.

Products from the TTC Group were showcased at the conference, with two key corporations – Agriculture and Industrial Real Estate – being selected as representative products of Tay Ninh province. This is considered a great honor and a significant motivation for the TTC Group in general and Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation in particular in their development and efforts to benefit the community and the local area.
