On July 16, 2024, in Tay Ninh, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation held a conference to review its activities during the first six months of 2024. The conference aimed to acknowledge reports and achievements, and to identify key tasks and solutions for achieving the goals set out in the operational plan for the last six months of 2024. The conference was attended by representatives from the TTC Group; the TTC IR Board of Directors; the Boards of Directors and Executives of subsidiary companies; and employees of the Corporation.

TTC IR achieved 745 billion VND, equivalent to 137% of the plan, with the Industrial Real Estate segment reaching 171% and the Warehousing and Logistics segment reaching 87%.

In the first six months of 2024, alongside the challenges posed by the volatile global economic situation negatively impacting sustainable growth, opportunities in Vietnam, as reflected in the overall financial picture of the industry, demonstrated that 'the outlook for the industrial real estate market remains very bright. Investors and manufacturers are increasingly eyeing more distant provinces in Central Vietnam and the Mekong Delta region due to competitive land prices, proactive FDI attraction strategies, and continuously improving infrastructure.'

Despite the challenges and seizing opportunities in the industrial real estate sector, the Board of Directors and the entire staff of TTC IR have made tremendous efforts to gradually achieve the goals set for 2024, recording revenue of 745 billion VND, equivalent to 137% of the plan, with the Industrial Real Estate segment reaching 171% and the Warehousing segment reaching 87%. Gross profit reached 189 billion VND, achieving 110% of the plan, and pre-tax profit reached 85 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 164%.

Among these, the Tan Hoi 2 Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction project is a highlight, included in the list of investment attraction projects in Tay Ninh province in 2023, and is expected to reach 100% completion of infrastructure construction in the 2024-2025 period.
