On the morning of October 10, 2023, the Tay Ninh Provincial Customs Department held a meeting and dialogue with businesses operating in the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park. Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Van Bong – Director of the Tay Ninh Provincial Customs Department, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien – Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Provincial Customs Department, Mr. Tran Van Trong – Head of the Trang Bang Town Customs Branch, Ms. To Thi My – Standing Deputy General Director of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, and representatives from various businesses.

At the conference, the Customs Department disseminated and guided businesses on new regulations regarding customs procedures, newly issued policies on export and import taxes, regulations on the origin of exported and imported goods, value-added tax reduction policies, procedures for extending temporary import and re-export periods, and other temporary export and re-import procedures. In addition, the Customs Department listened to and addressed the opinions and difficulties of businesses during the customs procedures process. The conference also helped businesses understand and improve their compliance capabilities, minimize errors and mistakes when carrying out customs procedures, and work alongside customs authorities in resolving difficulties and obstacles related to their import and export activities.
