On the morning of April 17, 2024, in Tay Ninh, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ, a member of TTC Group) successfully held its annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2023 fiscal year.

In 2023, the Vietnamese economy continued to be affected; however, industrial real estate remained a bright spot in the real estate market, recording growth in all aspects from demand to supply, selling prices, and occupancy rates.
Accordingly, TTC IZ recorded net revenue of VND 887 billion, a 7% increase compared to the plan; pre-tax profit reached VND 89 billion, exceeding the plan by 18%. Total assets recorded as of December 31, 2023 were over VND 8,249 billion, a 7% increase compared to 2022.

In 2024, global economic growth is projected to be lower than in 2023 by most international organizations. Specifically, the United Nations (UN) predicts that, amidst prolonged risks and uncertainties, global GDP growth will slow from 2.7% in 2023 to 2.4% in 2024; the Vietnamese economy in 2024 is projected to continue facing a mix of favorable and challenging conditions. The biggest obstacle is the negative impact from external factors, especially the slowdown in growth in the US, China, and Japan.
The General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the contents of 3 reports: Reports on the activities of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the Executive Board. It also approved 8 proposals: Audited financial statements for 2023; Profit distribution plan for 2023; Dividend payment for fiscal year 2023; Business plan for 2024; Selection of the auditing firm for fiscal year 2024; Report on the expenses/remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2023 and the plan for remuneration of the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board and expenses for the Board of Directors in 2024; Dismissal and election of replacement members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2025; and the policy on signing contracts and related transactions of the Company.
