On the morning of September 21st, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, led a working group to inspect the Da Oai Industrial Cluster Project in Da Huoai commune (Lam Dong province).

The Da Oai Industrial Cluster project received investment approval from the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in June 2025. The project has a total investment of over 172 billion VND and covers an area of ​​40.79 hectares. Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is the project's investor. Currently, the project has completed tasks such as: preparing the 1/500 detailed planning; surveying and mapping the cadastral map; and preparing the environmental impact assessment report. Other project components are underway, including: preparing infrastructure design documents and fire safety approval; and preparing the feasibility study report. However, construction permits and land lease contracts have not yet been obtained. According to the investor's report, the biggest difficulty is that approximately 1.69 hectares of land cannot yet be compensated. This is due to land use disputes between households, affecting the project's progress.

A representative of the investor shared: “The company, along with the local authorities, has repeatedly invited the households for mediation. We have agreed to a compensation cost of approximately 2.9 billion VND/hectare (2.2 times higher than the land price in the area), but the households have still not accepted.”

Currently, the investor is proposing that the competent authorities expedite the resolution of the dispute, ensuring the legitimate rights of all parties involved. During the inspection, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ho Van Muoi, instructed the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Construction to coordinate in completing the environmental documentation for the investor. Regarding land matters, the relevant departments will act as the focal point for resolving issues for the enterprise. Local authorities will support the investor in land clearance to accelerate the project's progress.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, emphasized: “Departments and agencies should review the obstacles faced by investors. Those issues that can be resolved quickly and efficiently should be prioritized for businesses. For issues beyond their authority, units should report them to the Provincial People's Committee for timely action.”

On the same day, the Provincial People's Committee's working group inspected the planned location of the Nam Lam Dong Industrial Park in Da Teh commune.
