On the morning of October 31, 2026, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) successfully organized the 2026 Expanded Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Sports Competition at the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team House, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park. This is the 5th consecutive year the competition has been held, further affirming TTC IZ's commitment to safety and incident response capabilities at its units.
The sports event was attended by Major Nguyen Thanh Tuan – Deputy Team Leader of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Trang Bang District Police, and Mr. Le Van Loc – Director of the Support Division. The event also brought together 11 competing teams representing businesses and production facilities inside and outside Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, as well as member companies of TTC IZ.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Le Van Loc emphasized: 'The sports festival is not just a competition; it's an opportunity for us to put knowledge into practice, turn skills into reflexes, and transform coordination into collective strength.' He also expressed his hope that the skills honed at the sports festival would continue to be applied in daily work, contributing to building a safe working environment in each unit.
This year, the competition focused on two practical events: a 3 x 80m firefighting relay, coordinating rescue of people and property from a fire; and a single-hose water spraying team focusing on a target box. Through each event, the teams demonstrated their professional skills, quick reflexes, situational awareness, and teamwork abilities.
Besides requiring high achievement, the competition also emphasizes discipline and safety. A notable feature of this year's competition is that violations of rules and regulations are converted into additional time added to the competition score. This scoring method not only creates a competitive atmosphere but also promotes accuracy, discipline, and compliance – crucial elements in fire prevention and rescue work.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee announced and awarded prizes to the teams that achieved outstanding results as follows:
Giải nhất: Tan Kim Expansion Team – Dang Huynh Industrial Park Exploitation and Management Joint Stock Company
Second prize: Changya Firefighting Team – NingBo Changya Plastic (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
Third prize: Steel Warriors Team – Dai Tin Construction and Steel Structure Joint Stock Company
Honorable Mention: Firefighting Team – Thanh An Security Services Co., Ltd.; Water Gun Team – Power Distributor (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; Perfect Team – Hoan Hao Security Services Co., Ltd.
Having been organized for five years, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Sports Festival continues to be a practical activity aimed at improving response capabilities and strengthening a sense of responsibility within each unit. Through training and exchange activities, TTC IZ aims to build a safe working environment where each individual proactively prevents, is ready to respond to, and effectively coordinates in emergency situations.
